How will my items be delivered?

All templates are delivered as digital downloads, to make the download process as smooth as possible please use your email address at check out. You will receive a link to download the items once your payment clears and the sale is final.

 

Why didn’t I receive my downloads?

Please check your “spam” folder and the verify the email you used for your order. All digital orders are delivered automatically once payment is finalized.

 

Can you resend me the templates?

Unfortunately, we will not send any digital items manually. Please ensure you utilize the link sent via email to download your items.

Why can’t I get this template and/or mock up to work?

All templates and mock ups will require user knowledge of the software you use. If you are having any issues designing or creating a unique party favor, please check out our tutorials section for private sessions in Photoshop or Microsoft Publisher.

What comes with my digital purchase?

Templates and mock ups contain a digital guide and some items contain a video tutorial for instructional use. You will always receive the relative items listed in the description of the item you purchase.

How do I get in contact with you all?
